How do I become a wholesale customer?
To set up an account with
us we will need your Fed Tax ID number, the physical
address of your business, and relevant contact information. To
request a wholesale application please
click here.
Do you have a minimum when ordering?
No. You may order by the
case or eaches.
Where do you deliver?
Most towns in
western Massachusetts Call us at (800) 361-5304 to see if we deliver to
your town.
Terms/Conditions:
All new accounts are
COD unless special arrangements are made by Appalachian
Naturals. Payment is due by date issued on your invoice, any
invoices not paid after 30 days will incur additional fees.
Returned checks will incur a $25 fee, denied credit cards incur
a $10 fee. Failure to pay outstanding invoices will result in
legal action, Appalachian Naturals is not responsible for legal
fees acquired by wholesale accounts. No returns after 7 business
days. If your shipment arrives damaged contact us immediately so
we may issue a claim and replace your inventory. We will not
accept returns for overstocked items. No manufacturers charge
backs will be allowed unless arranged by Appalachian Naturals. All returns must be
authorized through our office, please call (800)361-5304.
SHELF LIFE OF OUR
PRODUCTS:
Our products are
best if sold within 18 months of when you purchased them. If you
see separation in our dressings or dips this does not mean that
they have gone bad. Separation will occur over time, especially
dairy based products. Because we do not add any stabilizers or
very little thickener some of our products may have more
separation than others.
SAMPLE
PROGRAM & POLICY:
All new accounts
when placing your first order, you may request a free
sample with every case you purchase (example: order a
case of Ginger Miso and receive one free sample for in-store
tastings). Additional samples may be purchased for 50% off your
normal pricing. Product literature will be included with your
initial order, if at any time you need more recipe brochures
please let us know and we'll be happy to mail some out to you.
RECIPE IDEAS:
Many of our products
were developed in our restaurant and "tested" for years on eager
& enthusiastic patrons. We have hundreds of recipes from our
